By adding the yellow color of the chakra’s vibration to our visualization we are adding additional energy and therefore balance.

Gemstones/minerals/crystals are also energy forms containing a similar crystalline structure as the human body.
Crystals amplify energy and can be programmed (e.g. computer chips and watches). The solar plexus chakra resonates to the colors of yellow and gold color shades or tones, as well as to the light yellowish green stones.
Peridot’s energy vibrates to the frequency of increase so it is a powerful stone to manifest anything that you wish to bring into your life.
The stones do not have to be large, as even small ones have the same vibration.
Wearing Peridot, Serpentine, Gaspeite, Vesuvianite gemstone jewelry or placing gemstones and minerals in your environment is a simple way to absorb the crystals’ healing vibrations.
AROMA: Rosemary has vibrations in tune with our solar plexus but you could also whip up this empowering perfume oil to inspire confidence and stability and just to smell delightful:
Ingredients: 5 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops jasmine absolute essential oil
5 drops frankincense essential oil
1/2 ounce sweet almond oil( or other carrier oil)
Directions: Mix essential oils and sweet almond oil. Dab behind the ears, wear directly on the solar plexus or apply as an aromatic body oil after shower. Re-apply as desired.
For a chakra meditation that will allow the chakras to heal and balance themselves, I recommend any meditation that brings your attention to yourself as Pure Awareness. As we focus on the Light that we already are, we spontaneously release what stands in the way of our experience of love and well being.
The best solar plexus chakra yoga poses are those that strengthen your core and help you to feel more powerful and confident.
Situated behind the navel, your third chakra is associated with the element of fire. It is the “fire in your belly”, your personal power and your core self.
The solar plexus chakra is the key to a healthy self-esteem and personal empowerment. The 13th Century mystic and poet Rumi has said: “You cannot know fire from words alone. Enter the fire if you want to know the truth.”
And so, you must experience your solar plexus chakra and your personal power to feel empowered and confident in the world.
Some yogi’s find that the most powerful solar plexus chakra yoga poses are the Warrior I and Warrior II poses:
Warrior 1 is a strong asana that establishes a firm connection with the earth and opens up the solar plexus area.
This yoga asana physically strengthens your legs, can help with knee strength, lower back strength, and opens your hips:
Stand in Mountain Pose. Take a deep breath and on an exhale step your left foot back about 3.5 feet.
Turn your left foot to about 45 degree angle. Make sure your left foot is firmly planted and touching the ground.
On an exhale, bend your right knee over the right ankle, so that your shin is perpendicular to the floor. If you can, bring your right thigh parallel with the floor.
Raise your arms above your head and touch the palms together (as in prayer position).
Breathe deeply and hold the position for one minute.
Bend your knees and step your feet back together. Repeat on the other side.
