Throat Chakra Clearing

Thursday correlates with our Throat Chakra.  It is cleaning for Chakras this week in celebration of SPRING so we could clear our THROATS.   When our Throat Chakra, associated with Self Expression and Communication is cleared and  balanced, we are able to listen and communicate well. When we are having trouble expressing ourselves, or having trouble with communication (being unable to say what we want to say to others and/or not truly listening to what we are being told) the throat chakra is clogged and imbalanced.

An imbalance will first resonate as a tingle, ache or sensitivity in the throat region. (Stemming from the base of the neck to the ears)

Clearing the throat chakra involves learning to let go and trusting your inner voice. Not a small task for a lot of us!  As with the other Chakras we have to start by sweeping out the muddy negative emotions that have been tracked in by who knows what all?!   Those dusty particles of guilt, hurt and resentment foul up the smooth blue whirling vortex of energy that vibrates our throat, neck, thyroid gland, jaw, mouth and tongue that connect to our heart, thymus gland, vocal chords and mind.

Dusting away, then shaking out negative emotions,  can work wonders to restore energy balance in the throat chakra. Sometimes a good cry can also help alleviate a blockage of the fifth chakra.

Practicing mindful speech, action, and deeds can help you maintain throat chakra balance. For example, talk openly and honestly with others on a regular basis.

Meditating on and incorporating the throat chakra’s color, blue, into your life can also calm emotional upheaval. For instance, introduce blue-colored flowers or decor to your home environment.

Blue Poppy

“…I feel very strongly there is an intelligence at work in every flower, in every blade of grass, in every cell of my body.” ~ Eckart Tolle       With their simple presence, flowers have a mystical way of raising our spirits as well as the vibrational energy of any room.

Blue flowers have not only the  color but also the  essence that vibrationally corresponds with our throat chakra. Meditating upon a particular flower, therefore, can help us open and align our Throat Chakra. Place the flowers in a pot or vase where you can see them often. You can also use a photo or painting of that flower. As you gaze upon the flower, ponder the qualities you’d like to develop.

The throat chakra carries the energies of verbal expression and speaking our highest truth. Vibrating in a light blue, it is  represented by hyacinths, Texas Bluebonnets (Lupines), Delphiniums (Larkspur) and morning glories. If you are feeling a block in communication with a partner or feel that you are not being heard, bring one of these beautiful blue flowers into your home and meditate on the value of expressing your highest truth.    ~Traci Pedersen

SOUNDS:  Search for Meditation Music for healing the Throat Chakra.  One I found was Heal Thyself-Throat Chakra Healing Music by Meditative Mind-Meditative Music

CRYSTALS:    Lapis Lazuli can remind us of the power of the spoken word and is reportedly one of the best stones to use when opening and balancing the Throat Chakra as it helps to foster full verbal expression, and clears problems caused by “swallowing your tongue” or ‘frogs’. Lapis encourages clear, truthful expression when sharing information with others, including an easier voicing/communication of anger. Be sure to give the crystals your intention to clear your throat chakra

AFFIRMATION: ” I am clearing my throat chakra to communicate clearly and compassionately.”

AROMAS:  Thyme, Roman Chamomile and or Clary Sage. I mixed these three in blue votive candles for Thursdays.

MEDITATION:   To begin meditation Open the Throat Chakra by  crossing your fingers on the inside of your hands, without the thumbs. Let the thumbs touch at the tops, and pull them slightly up.   Concentrate on the Throat chakra at the base of the throat.

Chant the sound HAM.

YOGA:   Fish Pose (Matsyasana)             The lesson of the fifth chakra involves developing the ability to clearly communicate with yourself and others. Often we  don’t say what we mean or mean what we say because we’re distracted by unnecessary layers that don’t allow us to embrace our authentic Selves–think of it as your ego tromping mud around your clubhouse.

Fish Pose deals with opening the throat and spine in a way that can feel oddly vulnerable until you find your own expression. The same applies to communicating honestly with yourself and others. In the beginning it can be uncomfortable until you find your own genuine voice. Then, it is liberating.

Affirmation:  I communicate clearly and compassionately.

KEEP those muddy negative thoughts out of your cleaned up shining throat chakra.  Shoo them away–“NO NEGATIVITY ALLOWED” in your Chakra Clubhouse.   Chase them away with your broom; your tunes; your strong voice!

HEART Wednesday: Think Spring Green Clean

The HEART Chakra , resonating with Wednesdays, the Spring Equinox, element of Air, and LOVE is located in the center of the chest,  and it vibrates the heart, thymus gland and lungs at a frequency of 136.10 Hz.
Within our Heart Chakra, we can raise our consciousness through the power of love or lower our consciousness through fear.                                                                                                                                                                       The Heart Chakra presides over our relationships, our perception of love, and our ability to give and receive it, with others and with ourselves and with our Higher Self.                                                                        We are cleaned the energy doorways of our Base Chakra, our Sacral Chakra and our Solar Plexus Chakra and now we are at the middle Chakra.   Spring cleaning the Heart Chakra is about FORGIVENESS.      Forgiveness is wonderful for the person(s) you forgive, but even more so, it is for  you.   Forgiving means that you no longer allow the person or situation you have perceived as causing you pain to hold any power over you.  Perhaps you cannot forgive a specific person or event – but the part of yourself that you judged as weak and victimized is who needs your forgiveness.  Allow yourself to acknowledge and feel the pain without judging or resisting it.  Accept it and then integrate it.  It happened, and you learned something from it.  You’ll find that forgiveness of the person or situation will happen naturally when you can forgive yourself first.  Forgiveness is true freedom, and it opens up the Heart Chakra to feel the Love that you truly are.

“Forgiving isn’t about just being nice to the offender, it’s about being nice to yourself!

The moment you decide to forgive and let your negative feelings melt away, you are on the road to freedom

Forgiveness is all about taking care of you, not the personal you need to forgive.  It’s about putting your desire to feel good before your desire to be right.  It’s about taking responsibility for your own happiness and the balance of your heart chakra instead of pretending it’s in somebody else’s hands.  It’s about owning your power by giving all your anger, resentment, and hurt the heave-oh.”  (from ‘BadAssery’ by Jen Sincero)

When we are conscious (enlightened) the Heart chakra is clear and in balance;
We are feeling and showing unconditional love to self and others;    loving without any expectations for anything in return
Forgiving without even perceiving the transgression or error;         forgiving self, and all other living beings, events, circumstances and experiences                                                                                               detecting “heart’s desire” and follows heart in complete faith and joy       Having compassion for all life,                                                                   Being empathic, and seeing the Divine in other people.                     expressing and receiving abundant love.                                                           Being happy and fulfilled because we are fulfilling our Divine Purpose in service to humanity.                                                                                         Realizing that to love others is to love ourselves, because we are all one.

SOUNDS:  Search for Heart Chakra Cleansing Sounds to accompany your meditating, while doing Yoga and all through the day when you have a chance.

CRYSTALS: Set out  and carry  the heart’s gems —jade, pink quartz, emerald kunzite— with the intention to express and receive abundant love and as a reminder to keep your heart center free by forgiving ASAP.

FRAGRANCE: Rose EO has the highest spiritual frequency of all essential oils. It opens the heart chakra, stimulates the thymus gland’s immune fighting properties and responds to intentions to give and feel unconditional love.

MEDITATION:  To Harmonize with the powerful emotion of love, allow your heart to connect to the beat of the hearts of those around you and guide you as  you join the tips of your thumb and index finger on both hands .  The other three fingers should be joined and stretched straight up together. Rest each hand on its corresponding knee. You can also hold either or both of your hands in this position over your heart. Repeat the chant ‘YAM’ (Yaaaaaaa-uummmmmmm) with love and compassion filling the air, your surroundings and all the world .

Now sit comfortably or lie down with your spine straight. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Take a deep inhalation, and on the exhale hug your arms around your body. Give yourself a squeeze. As you exhale, release your arms and feel yourself open, yet connected to the earth. Lift your chin slightly and position yourself as if your heart were to lead you in all things. As you continue to breathe, imagine that you are emptying yourself completely. You are letting everything flow out of you with your breath. In the space between the exhale and the inhale, there is a slow, steady rhythm. This rhythm stays with you and guides you as you move through each breath. Focus for a moment on the rhythm, which is the beating of your heart. Each pulse pumps life through your body. Feel the vitality increase as you focus on this steady, subtle, internal music. Hearing this sound fills you with an effortless grace. It reminds you of all that is beautiful, all that is lovely, all that is joyful. This rhythm is what allows you to harmonize with the world around you – connecting you in ways you haven’t even begun to imagine. In this state, imagine each pulse of your heart sending a course of love energy through your body. On your next inhalation, fill your entire body with love and let it course through you. With each beat of your heart, love grows and hums until its rhythm becomes a steady, resounding song that carries you throughout the rest of your day.

Repeat: “I listen to my heart and honor its connection to the hearts of others. I allow love to fill me up and guide me in all of my actions. I gracefully move to the rhythm of life.”

Continue to let this feeling flow and deepen with each breath. When you feel ready, open your eyes and move with love and motion through yoga practice and the rest of your day.

AROMAS:  Essential oils vibrating in tune with our power center are  Geranium, Vetiver, and that ole powerful hardworking Frankincense.  The ‘Spring Woodland Blend’ from Sunday, the 20th, with Balsam fir, Vetiver, Wintergreen and Bergamot is invigorating, cleansing and soothing to your powerhouse Solar Plexus Chakra.  You could add 5 or 6 drops of Geranium EO to the blend if you desire.  Geranium has the ability to balance hormones, relieve stress and depression, reduce inflammation and irritation

SOUNDS:  Choose from the Internet or your own collection Meditation Music or Chants that are healing for the Solar Plexus Chakra. (Heal Thyself – Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Music [ Manipura   Clarinet Music for Healing Solar Plexus Chakra)  Imagine the sounds as a melodic broom sweeping away the the old ‘shoulds’, criticisms, ego messages and other blocks that have been accumulating leaving your  personal strength of will, self-esteem, and commitment just glowing bright golden yellow!  Use your gut reaction to choose what you will retain, and what you will sweep away.     Let go of the separate self—-experience that you are clean Pure Awareness, one with all that is (the entire ocean, not just a seemingly wave appearing in it), and  experience the  peace that you know yourself to be.

MEDITATION:  Working in alignment with the Universe’s Spring  vibrations boosts our spiritual efforts, and this time of reawakening is ripe for clearing and balancing our chakras and energy fields. Harness this power of renewal to purge the unnecessary from your energetic closets and vacuum up any emotional residue. Continue to splurge on a  spring cleaning of your soul!

Meditation is the most powerful cleaning agent available  for clearing negativity from your field.  Our chakras are the invisible but vital energy centers that are designed to move energy between our personal field and the universal field, and, when spinning correctly and unencumbered, these chakras are the means by which we replenish our energy and maximize our health.  Your body is made from your energetic field, which means that what goes on in your field directly affects your body. So if your Solar Plexus chakra is blocked, your energy flow is also blocked, and that clog will eventually cause physical symptoms of dis-ease.

Your energy flows like water through pipes. If you have a clog somewhere in the system, all that water backs up and eventually springs a leak, damaging the pipes and the wall around it. Just like that water, your energy has to go somewhere, and keeping your chakras clear and your energy flowing is the best way to keep your body from experiencing injury or illness as a result of clogged pipes.
Clogs and blockages in your chakras are caused by traumas that aren’t fully released, emotional build-up that can be recent or twenty years old. And just as it’s never too late to tackle the places in your house like behind the washing machine or the oven, it’s never too late to clear out old traumas with energy healing. Every bit of work you do toward improving the flow of energy  is going to make you feel better.

—-Put your hands before your stomach, slightly below your solar plexus. Let the fingers join at the tops, all pointing away from you. Cross the thumbs. It is important to straighten the fingers.                                                                                                  Concentrate on the Navel chakra swirling yellow inside your  spine, a bit above the level of the navel.

Chant the sound RAM.

Spring Sacral Chakra Cleaning

Monday is Sacral Chakra Day and Spring is Cleaning time.

When day and night are in  balance and harmony with each other, anything we do right now to seek balance in our lives will be enhanced by this energy. Working in alignment with nature’s vibrations boosts our spiritual efforts, and this time of reawakening is ripe for clearing and balancing our chakras and energy fields. Harness this power of renewal to purge the unnecessary from your energetic closets and vacuum up any emotional residue. It’s time to spring clean your soul!

Unclog Your Pipes with Energy Healing
Our chakras are the invisible but vital energy centers that are designed to move energy between our personal field and the universal field, and, when spinning correctly and unencumbered, these chakras are the means by which we replenish our energy and maximize our health. From energy healing you’ve learned that your body is made from your energetic field, which means that what goes on in your field directly affects your body. So when your chakras are blocked, your energy flow is also blocked, and that clog will eventually cause physical symptoms that can be anything from headaches to cancer.
Think of it like this: your energy flows like water through pipes.
It’s Never Too Late To Clear Out Old Traumas With Energy Healing
So how can you keep you chakras clear? Well, clogs and blockages in your chakras are caused by traumas that aren’t fully released, emotional build-up that can be recent or twenty years old. And just as it’s never too late to tackle the places in your house like the chimney or under the couch cushions that can go years without a thorough clean-up, it’s never too late to clear out old traumas with energy healing. Every bit of work you do toward improving the flow of energy in your field and body is going to make you feel better.
There are activities that will do a general job of clearing negativity from your field, like meditation, but there are also targeted methods for balancing the sacral chakra as well as the other six.

SOUNDS: Choose  Sacral Chakra healing music from YouTube or your“Miraculous Healing Music for Sacral Chakra Opening” by Meditative Mind

AROMAS: Diffuse Sacral Chakra Essential Oil Blend of equal amounts of ylang ylang, clary sage, blue chamomile, frankincense, and neroli

or if you mixed up the Spring Woodland Blend from yesterday, that mix of essential oils (Balsam fir, Vetiver, Wintergreen and Bergamot) is quite compatible with this sacral chakra as Bergamot is the primary oils recommended to energize this chakra.

The ‘Equinox Flower Garden’ fragrances from yesterday are also good with its Jasmine and Ylang Ylang.

Anoint the area of the Sacral chakra with 1-3 drops of the  diluted Oil or Lotion to balance your Sacral Chakra that is associated with our primal emotions and instincts, our personal creativity, and sexual desire.

SARA and Trauma Life  Blend by YoungLiving, ‘Overcome’ by RockyMountainOils with Geranium, lavender, rose, blue tansy, orange, cedarwood, ylang-ylang, and white lotus in Almond oil—are blended to apply over energy centers and areas of abuse, on navel, lower abdomen, temples, nose and Vita Flex points.

(I noticed a Pilgrim Collection Anton Aroma diffuser, essential oil aromatherapy, humidifier on Amazon for $35–I don’t know anything about it but the price)

MEDITATION:   Put your hands in your lap, palms up, on top of each other. Left hand underneath, its palm touching the back of the fingers of the right hand. The tips of the thumbs touch gently.

Concentrate on the Sacral chakra at the sacral bone (on the lower back).

Chant the sound VAM.

Affirmation: “I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life”

As I focus on this orange light that radiates from my sacral centre, I feel radiant, alive and strong.I am able to feel all the positive emotions, I embrace them as they allow me to stand in power, I am able to feel all the negative emotions, feelings of fear, anxiousness, doubt and I truly understand what causes them, I accept them as they bring about feelings of joy, dignity and peace as they teach me lessons of growth and truth. I am at peace and I lovingly release any negatives feelings that cause me any discomfort and pain cleaning out my energy pathways.

YOGA:  Low Squat Pose

The life lesson in the second chakra involves replacing guilt with forgiveness and acceptance, especially in the areas of sexual relationships.

This low squat focuses on the pelvis and allows you to be open and receptive physically, emotionally, and energetically in order to accept yourself fully.

Affirmation:    “I accept and forgive myself.”

SEE YA LATER:  What I love about the veneration of our energy centers, nature and the Universe is the inclusivity of the practice. We do practices based on what calls and speaks to us. There is no one dictating who may join the church of nature celebrations and rituals; they are deeply personal and steeped in history. I recommend starting now; there’s no better time, with the energy of Spring upon us, for ushering in a new ritual. This is, after all, the season of renewal and rebirth.

Your second chakra governs how you experience pleasure, and a common issue for this chakra is shame. Water is cleansing and healing for this chakra, so immerse yourself in water for twenty minutes—in the ocean or a clearing bath with sea salt and baking soda.

Healing occurs in the present moment. As you deepen your ability to be present, you also develop the ability to sense your chakras and your subtle body.  Cleanse, heal, balance, sow new seeds, and regenerate with the energy of SPRING and increased sunshine.  Live and love in this moment, each moment for that is all there is.

Our roots to the Earth are vital to our well being and our connection to her seasons go deep. “The Vernal Equinox, today, March 20th, is one of only two such magical times of the year where night and day are precisely balanced; the wheel of the year is sliced in half. Only on the equinox does the equator, the point of solar termination on Earth, line up with the Sun, creating this vortex of energy, this point of balance.

When you celebrate the Equinox, you connect to all of our ancestors who have participated in ritual and ceremony on this occasion for millennia:  The native pre-Christian Germanic tribes of northern Europe worshipped a goddess of spring called Ostara. The Saxon tribes of old Britain called her Oestre. Her feast day was held on the full moon following the Vernal Equinox, much like the modern Easter. In Western tradition we see ‘Easter eggs,’ which date back to ancient times, as a symbol of fertility and rebirth. In Persia, eggs were painted and colored for 1,500 years as part of the spring celebration of No Ruz, a tradition of the Zoroastrian New Year on the Vernal Equinox.

All around the world, ancient and indigenous cultures have rituals, feasts, and celebrations of the Vernal Equinox. Ancient Roman followers of the goddess Cybele believed she had a consort who died and was resurrected on this day. The ancient Mayans have celebrated this event for ten centuries; as the sun sets on the day of the equinox, the western face of the Mayan pyramid El Castillo is fully bathed in sunlight, and is designed to work with the lengthening shadows, giving the appearance of a diamondback snake descending down the wall. ” (Athena)

This is a GREAT day to celebrate bringing the energy of light, hope, fertility, growth, and new beginnings.

AROMAS :  immerse your sense of smell in a grounding ‘Spring Woodland Blend” of Essential Oils: 50 drops Balsam fir, 20 drops Vetiver, 10 drops Wintergreen and 10 drops Bergamot into a 5ml bottle.  Diffuse with your intentions to feel safe and in harmony with the Earth.

To apply behind ears, at base of spine, on feet bottoms, over heart, on wrists, base of neck, or temples,  mix the above with 1 oz of jojoba oil

If you are more into ‘Equinox Flower Garden’ fragrances than the woodland scene, try blending 30 drops lavender, 20 drops Jasmine, 20 drops Ylang Ylang, 20 drops hyssop, 6 drop Elemi, and 6 drops of Geranium to diffuse.  To apply to skin, mix with 1 oz jojoba oil.  I put my blends in a roll-on bottle and keep it handy all day.  I also code the top of the bottle with a sticker matching the color of the chakra it goes with so I don’t have to read them all  in the mornings.

Essential Oil blends sure beat the petrochemical commercial perfumes and air fresheners as over 60% of what comes in connect with our  skin, the largest organ on our body, gets absorbed into our blood stream! And unlike our insides where our kidneys and liver  act as  filters, our skin is all on its own with no one to protect it except diligently caring SELVES. 95% of the chemicals in most commercial fragrances are synthetic compounds derived from petroleum and natural gas, known as petrochemicals. On average, 80% of fragrance formulations are comprised of these chemicals and in some cases, 100% of a formula can be synthetic.  Skin absorbs these man-made chemicals in a few ways: by direct application, by contact with fragranced items, and by exposure to air containing fragrances and these can accumulate in our body organs.

SO why not use naturally occurring, invigorating Essential Oils of Nature?!

LIGHTS:  Soy (no petrochemical paraffin waxes) candles in Lavender, Spring green and yellow.

Begin by taking a moment to focus on the air around you. Inhale deeply, and see if you can smell the change in the seasons. Depending on where you live, the air may have an earthy aroma, or a rainy one, or even smell like green grass.

Sense the shift in energy as the Wheel of the Year has turned. Light the green candle, to symbolize the blossoming earth. As you light it, say:

The Wheel of the Year turns once more,
and the vernal equinox arrives.
Light and dark are equal,
and the soil begins to change.
The earth awakes from its slumber,
and new life springs forth once more.

Next, light the yellow candle, representing the sun. As you do so, say:

The sun radiates ever closer to us,
greeting the earth with its welcoming rays.
Light and dark are equal,
and the sky fills with light and warmth.
The sun warms the land beneath our feet,
and gives life to all in its path.

Finally, light the purple candle. This one represents the Divine in our lives — whether you call it a god or a goddess, whether you identify it by name or simply as a universal life force, this is the candle which stands for all the things we do not know, all those things we cannot understand, but that are the sacred in our daily lives. As you light this candle, focus on the Divine around and within you. Say:

Spring has come! For this, we are thankful!
The Divine is present all around,
in the cool fall of a rain storm,
in the tiny buds of a flower,
in the down of a newborn chick,
in the fertile fields waiting to be planted,
in the sky above us,
and in the earth below us.
We thank the universe* for all it has to offer us,
and are so blessed to be alive on this day.
Welcome, life! Welcome, light! Welcome, spring!

Take a moment and meditate on the three flames before you and what they symbolize. Consider your own place within these three things — the earth, the sun, and the Divine. How do you fit into the grand scheme of things? How do you find balance between light and dark in your own life?

YOGA:  How about a budding blooming, leafing TREE POSE?!   A SPRING Tree Pose–oh so RADIANT and alive and energetically brimming with the juices of life!    Visualize your favorite Spring tree as you firmly plant your entire left foot onto your mat  or barefoot on the ground and bring your right foot up into tree pose. Keep your hip points squarely ahead and your toes tucked in as you place your foot anywhere on your leg besides your knee. Be creative and make your tree pose your own. Place your right leg into half lotus or engage your core and reach your arms overhead, keeping the base of your neck soft and your elbows straight as you rotate the pinky side of your hands in to engage your triceps. I celebrate the Primal Wisdom.
I celebrate the Wisdom through the Ages.

SEE YA LATER: Since this first chakra is all about grounding,if possible take a barefoot walk in the grass or on a beach to enhance your connection to Mother Earth celebrating SPRING with every step.

Take your  gems, crystals, and stones outside to place them in a sunny place to charge in the light of the equinox. This is especially powerful at noon, when the sun is at its highest point in the sky, as well as the specific hour of equinox which varies by geographic location. In your time outside, take a moment to center yourself, grounding into the Earth, breathing in the renewing and balancing energy that abounds on this day. Feel the light, smell the scents that linger on the breeze. Maybe there is still a lingering winter chill; acknowledge this and thank it as it passes. Turn to the sun and soak up the renewing energy of its rays. REJOICE in new your new life and refreshed energies right this MOMENT!

Chakras, Crown Chakra, meditations

Saturday for Crown Chakra ENERGIZING

Saturday correlates with our over-the-top violet swirling crown Chakra connecting us with the Universal Source (by whatever name)

Chakras with expanding crown

By consciousness, we become endowed with the ability to transmit our own energy field, our individual unit of power. We are energy transformers,  alive and developing in proportion to how much of this universal energy we accept and how freely it flows through us. The better we transmit this energy or allow it to flow through us; the more alive and contented and effective we become.

The energy we conduct of the Higher Force calls its complement into our being. Emanations of Higher Energy become available to transform our lives, recharging and repairing our own systems. Energy upheavals shift us out of destructive habits, encouraging us to relearn integrative ways of being.

The SEVENTH chakra is the CROWN located at the top of the head and is the connection to the SOURCE.  The CROWN vibrates to the key of B (‘Tea’ on the scale)and is associated with the colors lavender, Violet, white and gold .

To facilitate opening  the crown chakra, put your hands before your stomach, let the ring fingers point up, touching at their tops, cross the rest of your fingers, with the left thumb underneath the right.
Concentrate on the Crown chakra at the top of your head.
Chant the sound NG.

SEE Ya Later Thoughts:

May I suggest a cup of FREAK of Nature Tea!! with your headsets on listing to”Magical Chants for Crown Chakra Awakening (AH) Meditation Music  and viewing mountain images (in lieu of climbing to a mountain top — in the event one isn’t readily available).  The nature connection of the Crown Chakra is —-ta da—-Mountain Tops!

Freak of Nature Oolong is a tea grown in the high Wuyi Mountains of China and  limited to a harvest of only 100 lbs annually (read that as high priced). The secret to this rare tea is that it only occurs when the temperature changes from 80 degrees to 20 degrees then back to 80 degrees within a short amount of time. This temperature change creates the outrageous buttery shortbread component to the tea. Like the ice-wine of the tea world.   Very High in Antioxidants (and caffeine).

BROW Chakra Friday

Friday resonates with the SIXTH chakra — the BROW, also known as the Third Eye located between and above your  two eye brows. Your psychic abilities and imagination are associated with the chakra. Being in the flow of life is a main function of this chakra. The BROW chakra vibrates to the key of A and is associated with the color INDIGO/VIOLET. It vibrates  in the pituitary gland allowing us to see the inner and outer worlds.

FRAGRANCE:  Frankincense resonates the 6th chakra which awakens higher consciousness and brings in the power of inner vision and intuition. It aligns the solar plexus chakra with the third eye to bring illumination and understanding of intellectual matters to a more enlightened awareness. It also allows for connection to the Universal Source, bringing in a higher frequency of integration throughout the chakra system.

CRYSTAL:  Blue Kyanite

YOGA: Child’s Pose  while being conscious of your third eye’s connection to Mother Earth and the vibrations.
