Confident, Creative, Cheerful Sacral Chakra

Monday resonates bright ORANGE with your source of confidence, creativity, cheerfulness and friendly Sacral Chakra.   This potential energy area in your pelvic region influences personal creativity ranging from artistic expression to creative problem solving.  We are energy transformers–alive and developing in proportion to how much of this universal energy we accept and how freely it flows through us. The better we transmit this energy or allow it to flow through us the more confident, creative, and cheerful we become.

Chant:  “I FEEL”

Silently Meditate, focusing on your orange energy and  affirming “I Feel”

SOUNDS: Start some meditation music.  One I found was: Extremely Powerful | Sacral Chakra Awakening Music for Meditation| 303 Hz Frequency Vibrations Meditative Mind – Meditation Music

CRYSTALS: Orange Calcite helps integrate the spiritual realm with the physical body, enhances creativity, and is helpful when working with emotional issues. Orange Calcite assist with energizing and cleansing the lower chakras. Working with Orange Calcite, read that as intentions, can bring higher insights from the upper chakras down into the lower chakras for processing so they can be used in a more instinctual way without needing extended thought.
Meditating with Orange Calcite can bring insights into the causes of apathy or lethargy, allowing you to take back control over your life (in place of worry).  Let your intention for JOYFUL, CREATIVE, CONFIDENCE  be known then silently listen to the Universe knowing your crystals have the same vibration.

Orange Calcite’s vital energy can serve as a catalyst for the release of past traumas that have been holding you back, allowing for optimism and joy to come in. If you have been  experiencing depression you may  benefit from Orange Calcite’s infusion of bright vibrations into your lower chakras.

AROMAS:  Neroli, also called Orange Blossom, with its sweet, delicate, citrusy aroma, has powerful emotional effects. It calms and relaxes the body and spirit. Its frequency vibrates at the second chakra and encourages sensuality, peace, courage, and joy. A natural tranquilizer, Neroli is often used for anxiety and shock from trauma.   Not only do select essential oils enhance your joy, cheerfulness, creativity and confidence but they  can destroy harmful fungi, viruses, and bacteria in the air we breathe as well as inside our bodies. While being deadly to pathogenic microbes, they are harmless and helpful to humans.             Essential oils can act like hormones to keep our organs and bodily functions in balance and can even fill in the differences, or stimulate our bodies to produce, when our bodies do not manufacture the hormones we need.         Essential oils can elevate our bodily frequencies, helping us to stay healthy and immune to disease. Their vibrations resonate with our tissues in helpful ways according to our wishes and mental directions.       Essential oils are nature’s most powerful antioxidants that cleanse free radicals from our systems. This helps maintain a state of wellness and can extend our life spans.        Essential oils work in our limbic systems to help clear negative feelings and blocked emotions, thus eliminating the root causes of many diseases and conditions. Essential oils support and increase our intuitive powers and sharpen our spiritual awareness, which is why religions all over the world, from ancient times to the present, diffuse the aromas of essential oils as incense in their sanctuaries in order to facilitate effective meditation and prayer.

MEDITATION:      Put your hands in your lap, palms up, on top of each other. Left hand underneath, its palm touching the back of the fingers of the right hand. The tips of the thumbs touch gently.
Concentrate on the Sacral chakra at the sacral bone (on the lower back).
Chant the sound VAM.
Affirmation: “I am RADIANT!

I am BEAUTIFUL!

I AM CREATIVE!

I AM CHEERFUL!

I AM CONFIDENT!

I AM STRONG!

I ENJOY a HEALTHY and PASSIONATE LIFE!

Ingenious Indigo Third Eye Chakra

Ingenious, as in cleverly resourceful, describes our indigo  vortex of swirling POTENTIAL energy. Energy to see beyond the evident, to visualize the bigger picture if we have the intention of keeping the energy flowing and practice using the potential inherent within.

image

From Pinterest

Our third-eye, also known as the Brow Chakra, is a main point for external life energy (prana, chi) to enter and be distributed to the other chakras. It is also a key to ongoing spiritual development. Thus, keeping it as clear and balanced as possible is your ingenuity at work.

As humans we are energy transformers; we are alive and developing in proportion to how much of this universal energy we accept and how freely it flows through us. The better we transmit this energy or allow it to flow through us, the more alive and contented and effective we become.

Access to the universal energies and good physical and mental health is through meditation and intention.

Intentions such as:

“My mind is clear and agile.”
“I envision and create beauty and goodness.”
“My imagination is vivid and powerful.”
“I am open to the wisdom within me.”
“I am open to greater and greater spiritual awareness.”

SOUNDS: Strike up your Third-Eye Playlist or select some Meditation Music for the Brow Chakra.  One I found was: WARNING! Extremely Powerful Third Eye Opening Binaural Beat Meditation iGodMind Subliminal and Meditation Mind Movies

CRYSTALS: Azurite has long been used to guide psychic development and increase metaphysical powers. It raises consciousness to the highest level, facilitates a meditative channeling state, urges the soul toward enlightenment, and controls spiritual unfoldment. A powerful healing stone and energy conduit, Azurite challenges your view of reality, releasing programmed belief systems so that you move into the unknown without fear. Drawing out emotional debris and ancient fears, and given your intentions, cleanses the emotional body and brings about inner peace.

AROMAS: Clary Sage  an oil all about “clarity”, giving you the ability to see clearly what is muddled, or to look ahead with vision and clarity at the possibilities.

Because Clary Sage oil is an aide in eliminating confusion and illusion, it’s often used on the brow and during meditation, contemplation, or creative work. It can help us see possibilities that we struggle to find when we’re lost in our own heads or thoughts and need to tap into something deeper, and, given intention, can bring light to dark places we’re struggling to move through. It helps us to open ourselves to intuition and inner wisdom to be guided by an understanding that is both deeper within and further beyond us.

MEDITATIONS:Put your hands before the lower part of your breast. The middle fingers are straight and touch at the tops, pointing forward. The other fingers are bended and touch at the upper two phalanges. The thumbs point towards you and touch at the tops.
Concentrate on the Third Eye chakra slightly above the point between the eyebrows.
Chant the sound OM or AUM.

Now spend as long as you desire in COMPLETE SILENT MEDITATION

YOGA:build awareness in your ajna chakra to begin to see everything in your life more clearly.
start by doing an awakening exercise for the ajna chakra. Take a comfortable seat. Softly close your eyes. Turn your gaze gently to your third eye, or the space between your eyebrows. Bring your hands to a prayer position and begin rubbing them together vigorously.

Once you have created a good amount of heat between your palms, cup them over your eyes. Let the eyes absorb the heat. Feel the heat soften any tension in or around the eyes. Repeat this process 3 times pausing to feel between each round.

Set Your Ajna Intention
Now set your intention for this practice. To grease the wheels, here are some themes that relate to the sixth chakra: Unlocking intuition; improving correct perception; seeing that you are connected to everyone and everything; inviting third eye wisdom to light your way. Feel free to use any of these or choose your own. As long as your intention feels true for you it has value.

Dolphin Plank
Come onto your hands and knees. Bring your elbows to the floor directly under your shoulders and bring your hands to Prayer (Anjali Mudra). Step the feet back as you straighten your legs behind you. The only points of contact with the floor are the balls of the feet and the forearms. Make your legs super strong, engage your belly and pull your front ribs in and up to widen the low back. This is a challenging pose, stick with it! Imagine the prayer hands and the third eye are connected by an invisible stream. That stream is your intention. Stay laser-focused on it for 5–10 breaths. Let your resolve to attach to something worthy of your attention make you strong. When you release the pose, rest on your belly.

image

Eagle Pose
Garudasana
From standing bend your knees. Lift your right knee and stack it on top of your left. Then wrap your right foot behind your left shin if possible. Bring your arms to shoulder height and stack your left elbow on top of your right, wrapping the right hand into the left. Keep elbows bent at 90 degrees. Balance here bringing your hips down low. Encourage your knees to move toward the midline instead of skewing to one side. The word “garuda” means to devour. Let this pose devour ego, doubt, and fear, clearing the way for loving intention. Spend 5 breaths on this side and then switch.

image

Warrior III Pose
Virabhadrasana III
From standing with arms by your side, engage your legs and begin to tip the pelvis forward. Send your left leg straight back and up until it is parallel to the floor. Extend the spine and head forward also keeping the upper body parallel to the floor. There should be plum line from the head to the left toes. Reach your arms straight back and firm the triceps. Lift your low belly to widen the low back and stand here strong and balanced. Connect with the third eye center and realize that the more we connect to everyone and everything, the easier it is for us to remain balanced even in the least stable conditions. Stay here for 5 breaths, soft but strong.

image

Dolphin Pose
This pose is similar to Downward-Facing Dog except its done on the forearms. Begin on your hands and knees. Place your elbows directly under your shoulders and bring your hands to anjali mudra as you did in Dolphin Plank. Tuck your toes and lift your hips up and back as you straighten your legs. Feet should be about hip-width apart. Firm your shoulder blades into the ribs and lift the shoulders away from the ears to free your neck. Walk your feet in a little closer to your arms, bring the thumbs of your prayer mudra to the third eye. Spend 3 breaths here, bringing all of your attention to the third eye center.

image

Child’s Pose
Balasana
Time to rest! From hands and knees, ease the sitbones back onto the heels into Child’s Pose. Gently rest your forehead on the earth, reach your arms forward and take 5 slow breaths. Let the gentle pressure on the third eye sink you deeper into a meditative and insightful repose. Allow your whole body to release deeply.

Outstanding Orange Sacral Chakra MonDAY

Monday corresponds to our second from the bottom energy vortex, the Sacral Chakra.  This  chakra located just below our navel in our lower abdominal region vibrates  a deep, saturated orange and relates to reproduction on a physical level, creativity and joy and relationships on an emotional level and our energy and passions on a spiritual level.  How radically OUTSTANDING is that?!

The Sacral Chakra influences personal creativity ranging from artistic expression to creative problem solving. Healthy sexual desire and expression is also controlled by the Sacral Chakra, though communicating sexual desires is also directly affected by the Throat Chakra    Medically referring to the sacrum or the region around the sacrum or  as an adjective, relating to sacred rites, this area of energy is CEO of the sexual organs, the uterus, prostrate, bladder, kidneys and the sense of taste. Sanscrit Name Svādhisthāna means “Sweetness” or “Seat of the Soul/Sacred home of the self” (Swa – vital force, soul; adhisthana – seat or abode).  SWEET!

Intention that coincides with sacral chakra vibrational lessons is “to let go of control issues and judgements so we can surrender, go with the flow and be more open and receptive.”

People with vital or balanced sacral chakras draw on their creativity and passion, and are comfortable with their physical and sexual identities. They tend to have a warm and constructive approach to both personal and professional relationships, and healthy family and love relations. OUTSTANDING  Personal Productions!

Form an outstanding, intimate and loving relationship with Yourself, so that you can have loving and intimate relationships with others.   Living with this  intention simply means to be mindful that your actions are purposeful with forward movement. You intend to be compassionate, you intend to forgive, and you intend to choose love. Shed your expectations of others. No one is perfect, nor should you expect them to be. Flaws can build character; acknowledge them and strive for growth over perfection. Because the places we grow mostly exist outside our comfort zone, we must continually challenge ourselves to try new things and take risks. Take a stand for what is right, even if you stand alone.

With the intention of forming an intimate and loving relationship with yourself Carnelian restores vitality and motivation, and stimulates creativity.  It gives courage, promotes positive life choices, dispels apathy and motivates for success.  Carnelian is useful for overcoming abuse of any kind.  It helps in trusting yourself and your perceptions.  It overcomes negative conditioning and encourages steadfastness.

RED SUNDAY–starting with Ergonomically Earthly Energy

Sunday correlates with our ROOT CHAKRA, our energy Base, through which the vibrations travel up along the inside of the spine charging the energy centers where the life force lines cross.

image

Where the  flow of life  lines cross, the Nadis,  is where the vortices of energy spin–wheels of potential energy and light, aka Chakras.  Energy vibrates at various frequencies  and those frequencies emit different colors. Red is the  slowest of the visible frequencies (Frequency/Tone: 194.18 Hz.(Chakra Platonic) – 396 Hz.(Sofeggio) – 256 Hz (Carrier Wave).

The 7 Chakras are both interdependent and interconnected with each other. They help improve and develop the entire person – both his/her irrational and rational selves, emotional and intuitive sides, his/her aesthetic and pragmatic tendencies, as well as material and spiritual characteristics.

The Root Chakra is most closely associated with our physical body and physical energies. The Hindu depiction of this chakra is the four-petalled lotus. Four is the number related to the four elements, the four directions, and the square. Esoterically, four represents the manifested world and incarnation into this space/time. Four also can represent a strong foundation, solidity, and stability, as in four walls, four legs, etc. Accordingly, the Earth Element is associated with the Root Chakra, as well as the Mineral Kingdom, our sense of smell, and the adrenal glands.

Vector Chakra Symbol Mandalas for Meditation to Facilitate Growth and Healing–Pinterest

The Root Chakra is the Center of Grounding – our connection to Earth energies. It rules our survival consciousness and represents our deepest unconscious and most primitive/animal self.

It also governs our physical energy and vitality, survival, basic instincts, our feelings of security and safety, familial beliefs, heredity, jobs, money, and our home.  Ergonomically, connecting with the earth and charging your root vortex of energy is standard for maximizing productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort. Also called biotechnology, human engineering, human factors engineering.  If you get my drift……..[Greek ergon, work; see werg- in Indo-European roots + (eco)nomics.]

When the Root Chakra energy is in balance, you are centered, grounded, healthy and vibrant, with unlimited physical energy. You love your body and love to use it and take care of it. You feel secure in your life and display not only good common sense, but you have the ability to easily manifest abundance. If your Root Chakra is out of balance with excessive energy, you may be domineering, greedy, sadistic, and judgmental with strong biased opinions. If this chakra is blocked, you may lack confidence, have low energy, be spacey, be unable to manifest and achieve goals, feel unworthy, unloved, fearful, and insecure. A deficit of energy through the Root Chakra may also manifest as addictions to food, drugs, or material possessions, low immunity, and pain in the lower back, legs, and feet. (This would not be the cause of ALL back pain but just one manifestation of low root chakra manifestation)

SOUNDS:  Tambura-Root Chakra Meditation Music  or one of your own choosing.

FRAGRANCE: Black Pepper Essential Oil diluted 50:50 with carrier oil —Soothing and supportive of muscles after exercise or work out.  The spicy, warm aroma of this oil, in use since the Egyptian mummification era, is stimulating and empowering.  Black pepper is good for those of us who worry constantly. It empowers us to release those negative energies and embrace our own power.  It also vibrates with  energy  to overcome the things that are creating the problems to begin with!  It may also  helps us “digest” unhealthy feelings towards people especially ourselves! This is helpful for those who are self critical and angry or upset with themselves.   Relevant for today is the theory that it promotes balance of the base chakra.

Apply several drops (2-4) on base chakra/vitaflex points or on any sore muscles/Diffuse (especially comfy on a day you want to feel warm and cozy)

CRYSTALS: Red Jasper–a very calming stone that slowly softly stimulates the Root Chakra.   A gentle stone, Red Jasper works slowly but surely and  aids in resolving difficult situations and can be used to ground and stabilize your AURA….

MEDITATION:

The Root Chakra concerns your core needs for survival, security, and livelihood. Without a balanced Root Chakra, it is impossible to achieve balance with the other Chakras.  Feel the VIBES and let that RED ENERGY center calmly twirl!

Visualize the energy as a red jewel in the center of the EARTH vibrating upward into your feet , up your legs and into the base of your body–connect with the VIBES,  power up your ROOT energy field and feel the secure VIBES of Mother Earth deep within,  deep and low, sweet and low.                                                                                              ———–                                                                                                                                           Another opening exercise for the Root Chakra                                                                             is to Let the tips of your thumb and index finger touch.

SEE YA LATER THOUGHTS:     Spend as much time as you can today connecting with the Earth’s energy. In addition to the chakra clearing and balancing meditation, there are several ways that you can focus your energy and intention on balancing and clearing the Root Chakra. Connect with Earth Energy: walk outside barefoot, spend time in nature, hug a tree, work in the soil, garden or hug a plant in the grocery store.

Also, enjoy your physical body – engage in physical activity and be present now – experience your body using your physical senses. Eat root vegetables. Immerse your sense of smell in the scents of Balsam fir, patchouli, cedarwood, sandalwood, musk. Surround yourself with gems that vibrate at the same level as the Root Chakra – ruby, garnet, bloodstone, red jasper, black tourmaline, obsidian, and hematite (my personal favorite for grounding!). Know that you are more powerful than you can even begin to imagine, you are Spirit in Matter, and like the Tree, when you are firmly grounded in the Earth, you are free to reach far into the sky.

Vibrant, Sassy, Friendly Vibrant Orange

Monday correlates with the SECOND chakra–the SACRAL, located just below your navel in the pelvic area. Your sexual energy and life force  energy is here. Emotional issues in the area to name a few are sexuality, creativity, shame and guilt. The SACRAL vibrates to the concert key of D (Ray)and is associated with the color ORANGE.  It is vibrates in the testes or ovaries and is associated with sexuality.

orange sacral chakra symbol

If we learn at a young age it is not ok to ask for what we want, the sacral chakra becomes blocked, we go into a state of resistance about asking for our desires and instead focus on excessive people pleasing. We become blocked about receiving, which reduces our ability to give to others. A sacral imbalance will often leaves us feeling ‘not good enough’.

A balanced sacral chakra is evidenced by expressing a strong desire for what one wants in life as well as easy and healthy creativity and generous giving while being able to receive freely. Vibrant Joy!

Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. Unfortunately, people hurt each other. You deserve to be free from the weight of resentment and anger. Forgiving can be a gift of peace to yourself. Be mindful not to over think, relive, or obsess over outcomes out of your control. Wanting, wishing and hoping for something to be different will never make it so. Accept, even when you can’t understand.

Finally, never forget your dreams. It’s ok to put them on the back burner as life unfolds in unexpected ways. But while they are there, let them simmer. Stir them up every now and then, and when the time is right, bring them forth and pursue them with passion.

Be humble, be grateful and always be mindful of fostering the values that lead to your higher self, and the ultimate state of happiness – inner peace.

The sacral chakra is the center of creation, the true seat of Shakti (the feminine aspect of the Hindu God). All aspects of the Goddess reign here and thus this becomes the seat of a woman’s power. (The solar plexus area is the power center of the Godhead, where ideally men hold their seat of power.) (It is interesting to note that if we, as humans, feel threatened or disempowered, we tend to put down layers of fat for protection over our seats of power. Have you ever noticed that women tend to have excess adipose tissue below their wasteline – protecting the sacral chakra – whereas most men tend to create fat over their solar plexus chakra – in that their bellies hang over their belts. Could it be that we are protecting these sacred power centers physiologically against energetic attack? )

In this second chakra not only do we create life, but also all forms of creation such as art, music, poetry, etc. It is a very sacred and powerful place for women to manifest their dreams and desires, as well as stand in combat to protect those dreams and desires. In the varying aspects of the Goddess, we not only have the nurturing mother, the young sexual maiden, the wise old crone, but also the warrior, the artist, the intellectual, the sacred prostitute etc. We are all faces of the Goddess in the sacral chakra and play out all her different personalities.

In this area we also hold control issues. If we are weak or lacking energy in this chakra, we can give over our control to others and become disempowered, impotent and fearful. Physical complaints such as prostate problems, PMS, fibroids, menstrual problems and lack of sexual drive can occur when the second chakra is imbalanced. Lower backache, sacroiliac problems, sciatica, and bowel dysfunction can also be attributed to a challenged sacral chakra. We need the creative life energy pulsing through this area to maintain homeostasis in the lower organs and stabilize health

SOUNDS: Search for ‘Meditation Music for Sacral Chakra.  One I found was 288Hz – Sacral Chakra Healing Frequency | Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy | Healing Camp Day #26

AROMAS:  Try Bergamot Essential Oil in the diffuser to energize and balance your orange swirling sacral chakra.  The aroma of Bergamot EO is a citrus reminiscent to that of orange, but it is wonderfully more complex.  It almost seems to possess an underlying floral characteristic. This sweet, lively, and citrusy oil will enliven your senses and encourage the release of repressed emotions.

Bergamot is uplifting as well as gently relaxing. It helps to disperse stagnant energy, releasing stress and tension.

Orange Carnelian

CRYSTALS: Orange Carnelian, Citrine, Milky Quartz, and Moonstone                   Carnelian, in its beautiful shades of orange, stimulates the Sacral Chakra. A stabilising stone, Carnelian restores vitality and motivation, and stimulates creativity.  It gives courage, promotes positive life choices, dispels apathy and motivates for success.  Carnelian is useful for overcoming abuse of any kind.  It helps in trusting yourself and your perceptions.

Affirmation: “I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life”

——————–

As I focus on this orange light that radiates from my sacral centre, I feel radiant, alive and strong.I am able to feel all the positive emotions, I embrace them as they allow me to stand in power, I am able to feel all the negative emotions, feelings of fear, anxiousness, doubt and I truly understand what causes them, I accept them as they bring about feelings of joy, dignity and peace as they teach me lessons of growth and truth. I am at peace and I lovingly release any negatives feelings that cause me any discomfort and pain.

(A deep breath in) I lovingly acknowledge, accept and appreciate.

In this posture, you can let the life force of water  flow and awaken yourself to your inner life as you observe your breath.

For that desired  vibrant, sassy, friendly balance add more orange fruits and vegetables, honey and nuts to your diets. This vibrating orange energy vortex is connected to our sense of taste which explains why we deal (or don’t deal) with our emotions with food as they both correspond to the energy vibration of the Sacral Chakra. If you go to the market pick yourself up some sunflowers!!

Namaste. And may the Orange force be with fabulous creative YOU today!

Wednesdays Energize the Heart Chakra

Wednesday resonates with our Heart Chakra!

pink roses

FRAGRANCE: Rose EO–stimulates the  Thymus Gland

The signature of a plant, its life and where it grows, all give us information about its spiritual state. A flower’s color and its signatures are the key to how flower essences are chosen and may have an affinity to the chakra of that color.   All plants have powerful harmonizing qualities that combine both earthly and celestial energies. Its subtle, vibrational energies  influence the finer energies of our central nervous system.  The energetic qualities of rose are cooling and moist and these qualities indicate that rose oil is recommended where there is excess heat. Rose oil brings in positive energy and seals the aura when its healing work is done. It also brings love and compassion to the heart chakra and heals emotional wounds.

SOUNDS:Choose some heart chakra meditation music to surround you

4th Chakra’s Natural Element is  Air–hence, Love is in the AIR!  All around, energetic and VIBRANT.

The heart chakra is associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. It is the source of deep and profound truths that cannot be expressed in words. This energy center is a bridge between the lower and upper chakras integrating the manifest with the spiritual(earth with heavens).

CRYSTALS-Set out your pink and green  crystals and think on your intention such as offering and receiving love with ease; cultivating compassion; allowing for happiness and unalloyed joy; releasing the fear of getting hurt; or whatever feels true for you.

YOGA:   Bring your hands to prayer pose at the heart and begin to lightly tap the sternum with the thumbs. Let it be a rhythmic and gentle tap. As you are tapping keep the spine long and the heart open. This is a great way to stimulate the heart energy. Spend at least 2 minutes tapping, more if you like. When you are done release your hands to your lap and take a moment to feel the resonant vibration at the heart.

From Downward-Facing Dog , step your right foot forward. Gently release your left knee to the floor and reach the arms up into a Low Lunge. Square your hips toward the front end of your mat. Bring your left hand to your left hip, reaching your right arm up. You may stay here or slide your left hand down the inner left leg as your curl your spine back, in, and up to open the heart into a deeper backbend. Next, actively press your left hand into your inner right leg and as the leg and hand resist each other you will feel stronger and avoid sinking into the low back. Isometrically, hug your left knee and right foot in toward each other, this will lift the pelvic floor and help you draw your low belly in and up. Finally press down through your right foot and let the heart fly up a little more. Spend 5 breaths here. change sides
Down Facing Dog
High Lunge with Shoulder Opener From Downward-Facing Dog, step your right foot forward and rise up into a High Lunge. The right knee is bent at a right angle and the left leg is reaching long and straight behind you. Reach your arms behind you and interlace the fingers. Move your pelvic bones down, as the heart rises up and opens. Lift your low belly and widen your collarbones. Gaze upward without jamming your neck and feel for the spacious of the rising heart energy. Spend 5 breaths here and then repeat on other side

Then Child’s pose.

MEDITATION:

The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is our energy point of love and compassion. Located physically just behind the heart area, this chakra can be incredibly powerful when used as a focus for meditation.

Sit cross-legged. Let the tips of your index finger and thumb touch. Put your left hand on your left knee and your right hand in front of the lower part of your breast bone (so a bit above the solar plexus).

Concentrate on the Heart chakra at the spine, level with the heart.

Chant the sound YAM.

######################

To  tune into the love that flows all around you, this meditation can help you harmonize with the powerful emotion of love. Allow your heart to connect to the beat of the hearts of those around you and guide you as you dance along the path of life.

Lie comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Take a deep inhalation, and on the exhale hug your arms around your body. Give yourself a squeeze.

As you exhale, release your arms and feel yourself open, yet connected to the earth.

Lift your chin slightly and position yourself as if your heart were to lead you in all things.

Proceed, loving yourself passionately, let your heart lead and feel surrounded by love, compassion, joy and connected to the world around you.

CROWN CHAKRA:

Power Points!
Of our existence

That is kinda what the chakras are like–
data in the form of energy waves directed
-or attracted
by physical similarities
—vibrations–energy!!!

Suddenly there is the picture
as in a power point!

Energy flows in and around our physical and mental bodies and
—like birds of a feather–
Or magic
Or physics
the like waves gather together.

Violet, the highest energy
of the light waves
nests as a crown on our heads
connecting us with the universe.

This violet ball of cosmic energy resonates with the vibrations of musical note ‘B’ or ‘Ti’ on the scale.

For the loveliest of sounds, search for ‘Meditation Music for the crown chakra’ and select one of the offerings to inspire your meditation.

Our sense of oneness and unity is controlled by this chakra and two of the AROMAS for your delight are Rose and Lotus.

Crown Chakra Visualization MEDITATION:

Begin your practice seated and bring your hands into prayer (Anjali Mudra) at your heart. Bring your awareness to your pelvic floor and let it rest there until you feel grounded, supported, and relaxed. Then begin to glide your awareness up the front of your spine slowly checking in and resting for a moment on each chakra as you go. Imagine the spine as a stalk or reed and draw your awareness up through the reed. Once you reach to the crown of your head, imagine there at the top of that stalk of energy a luminous white lotus flower. One by one begin to open each petal of the thousand-petaled lotus. Imagine as you open the lotus that your innermost self is merging more and more with the universe. Let this happen in the most natural and beautiful manner. Spend as much time in this visualization meditation as you like.

Set a personal intention –something to do with the oneness of all–for the day and repeat it over and over disallowing any negative thoughts, and being mindful of as many breaths as possible.

Power to you!
